Why we ask that campers bring their own lunch and water bottles
Our camp space is tiny but mighty: big ideas and full hearts emerge every single day.
What we don't have room for: catered meals and refrigerators. Campers should bring a lunch and two snacks to keep them going through the day. No nuts, please!
Staying hydrated is always a priority, but especially so during summer months. Bringing a water bottle to camp means that campers can refill throughout the day—and help keep plastic out of landfills and oceans.
While we do have paper cups tucked away in case a camper has forgotten to bring a water bottle, we hope campers will remember to bring their reusable water bottles every day.
Yay for fluorinated city tap water!
